- Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Custom or sale items are not eligible for return.
- How to Initiate a Return

- We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Refund Process
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with video of parcel opening, and we will arrange exchange at no additional cost to you.
