- Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Custom or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- How to Exchange

- We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Exchange Process
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange for the desired size, color, or style.
- Shipping charges for the new item will be covered by you, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement. -
Final Sale
Items purchased during sales or promotions marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged.
